I think most of the changes will be good. Not sure about those rune changes yet.And, yeah. Patrick, Shadow Fiend's model changed but how he plays just saw some minor balance tweaks like most of the heroes did. The heroes that have seen the most change are Phantom Lancer, Bloodseeker and Riki.
They're attempting to make Phantom Lancer Cheap Runescape Gold play completely different and for different purposes. The Bloodseeker changes are...weird. It might take time playing with him to see how he works out. Dude might end up crazy strong.
